Better You Clinic, is founded by Astrid Rehman. She has a diverse and impressive background, having collaborated with London Marathon charities to support dedicated runners, provided care to expectant mothers in a women's health clinic, and offered specialised attention to HIV patients in a dedicated clinic.
Astrid understands the importance of a balanced life and has a history of training in Karate, Riding, Tennis, and the Dramatic Arts, complemented by a commitment to personal wellness through regular Yoga and Pilates classes. With a bachelor’s degree in social Anthropology from the School of Oriental and African Studies, she brings a deep understanding of human well-being to our clinic. Moreover, Astrid is dedicated to continuous improvement, currently pursuing specialist training in paediatric osteopathy and holding certifications in sports massage, medical acupuncture, as well as sport taping.
